At the cut and bend division of Dubaere, we shape all your reinforcement according to your technical designs. We have stirups, shearline and straightening machines to cut and bend reinforcement steel from coils or bars with a diameter of ⌀8-⌀40 in the shortest possible time. All bars are bundled together and labeled according to your cutting list. Our BENOR certificate guarantees the quality of the steel. Our technical department assists you with optimizing your steel schedule in cut and bending elements or prefabricated cages. The logistics department ensures a timely delivery to your construction site, according to your specific needs.
Dubaere has automatic bending machines, cutting lines, and straightening machines to cut and bend reinforcing steel from wire rods and rebar in almost every conceivable diameter and this within an acceptable period. All pieces are bound together per type and provided with a label.

Dubaere offers spot-welded prefab baskets. For this purpose, cut and bended steel from our own cut and bending division is assembled and welded in accordance with the supplied reinforcement plans.
Each prefab part is provided with a clear waterproof label. By opting for prefab reinforcement as much as possible, the installation times on site are greatly reduced, which results in significant cost savings.
Delivery is +/- 10 working days depending on the size and complexity of the order
